VERY slow speed on SKY ULTRAFAST MAX (ROI)

MY download speed is only 8mbps and upload not much better at around 12mbps.. shocking speeds

Is this via wireless or wired connection?

 

what does it say here under broadband, this will report the speed to your router and rule out a connection issue.
