Yes, but I've tried keying in the password from my card that I was given when I joined Sky and AFAIK I don't have any other password.
That doesn't work and I as I haven't ever changed my password (the original password still works when setting up wifi connections for new kit, etc) I don't see what else I can do.
Since Sky prohibits talking to someone, only keying on here, I'm stuck paying for an intermittent service that, according to Sky's online test, is working well enough to not require intervention.
Not really very good.
