trying to remember how to set up connecting into my home base computer from away - I usually use Screens for Mac, but I can't get it to connect, and I cant connect to my NAS - must be the router firewall I think...
Anyone recommend the ports?

Apple says this:

And Edovia support is here:
https://support.edovia.com/en/?query=Ports
Has this been working previously with your Sky broadband?

Sadly I think not.
this is tedious in the extreme.
i shall have to spend the requisite 8 hrs on the phone to them on Wednesday just to get to the point I should be at out of the box...
thanks for the help but it doesn't seem to help in reality. Must be doing something wrong

Sky do not support this and will not help.
Therefore I think it is time for me to write to them to explain why I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

does anyone have the ability to walk me through it with screenshots as I am evidently incapable and sky support basically said no.

fortunately the use of TailScale has fixed all of my problems.
