I am a new customer and now using Sky fibre broadband. Internet is working fine but I am using an extender which is all setup but I have been asked for user name and password on a Sky gateway so that I can get Wi-Fi on my laptop. Can you advise what it is please or where can I get it.
Doesnt sound like its setup properly. The Sky gateway is just your hubs admin interface and you should not be asked to login to that under normal circumstances to access the internet.
