Upstairs wifi

I'm now working from home more and it keeps disconnecting. I have full fibre 300 and was told it was suitable. Any help please?

I am so sorry for the late reply!! I've been poorly then away. Yes it's is fine downstairs. Considering they told me it is faster than my previous one, I am not getting that!

@Daws74 The sky Max hub will be slightly quicker than the previous SR203 hub, but your devices my just not be able to perform with the hub! The range of wireless as you do have the white max hub as long as you have the extra service then you can apply for a pod to extend the signal further, details about it linked below, but you do need to call sky to kick it all off!
