Hi,
I currently have Sky Broadband, which is part fibre and I am on a legacy package: Sky Fibre Max - synced at 80/20.
I am thinking of upgrading my existing broadband connection to full fibre.
My current setup is the following:
Sky Q Hub - model ER110, connected to my computer via Ethernet cable, located upstairs in the back room.
I also have different devices using the hub's WiFi, both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands.
My Sky Q Hub is located in the same upstairs room as my computer and I would like to keep this setup if possible.
I have looked at the different connectivity options that I would be able to use to allow me to have a similar setup that I have at the moment.
1. An Ethernet cable from the ONT, which will need to be run to the upstairs back room. Approximately 30-40 metres. The hub located upstairs near my computer
2. Power line adapters - TP-Link PA9020P, one installed upstairs, connected to the via Ethernet cable to my computer. The other one connected to my PS5 and Xbox Series X via Ethernet cable, which are downstairs. The hub located downstairs near to the ONT
3. Connect an Asus ET12 Pro to the new Sky Max Hub via Ethernet cable and turn the Sky Max Hub WiFi off. The hub will be located downstairs. I will still need to use a power line adapter upstairs.
4. Replacing the Sky Max Hub with a compatible third-party router, I have looked at the Asus XT8 or XT9. Is the Asus ET12 Pro compatible with Sky FTTP?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, please.
Thank you.

Yes, I can confirm that would all work including the ET12 Pro which I have myself and supports DHCP Option 61 and DHCPv6 PD and can be used in access point (AP) mode by connecting to the Sky router or directly to the ONT via ethernet.

The setting for the ET12 Pro for Sky directly connected to the ONT on the WAN interface are as follows:-
