Upgraded to ultrafast then had email to get ultrafast plus

Hi

so i upgraded on saturday to ultrafast broadband on the app. Sunday early morning i had an email saying i could upgrade to ultrafast plus for cheaper than what i had just upgraded to.

phoned sky to change to the ultafast plus but they said they had to cancel the upgrade and i could go through email after 24 hours to claim the offered ultrafast plus. 
it wont go through at all now, it says im on the fastest broadband available to my house (superfast).

what do i do now? I spoke to a pretty unhelpful guy who just said its showing superfast.....
