Upgraded to gigafast broadband but only getting around 100 mbps

Hi there I upgraded to gigafast broadband last week but I'm still only getting roughly 100 mbps. Please can you help?

You are on fttp I take it, as that is what I am on  with  gigafast  broadband  from sky ? If so you  need to ring  sky , as my gigafast  download  is between  650mps and 930mps on gigafast  broadband, if you  are only getting  a  100mps  then ring sky
