We recently upgraded to Sky Fibre (1 week ago today), and since then have had extremely terrible connectivity on mobile to a point where it's better to use 4G and be done with the wifi.
I work from home, so constantly using the internet, luckily the connection is slightly more stable on my laptop, but still not great and definitely worse than it was before to a point now where loading screens ruin my day and calls are constantly difficult to listen to due to connectivity problems.
We have tried resetting the router, I have tried reconnecting devices to the wifi, but nothing has helped.
Any suggestions? Please? I am desperate.
