Upgraded to Fibre and now it’s slower than ever.

Ever since i was offered to upgrade to Fibre it's been absolutely slow. Loosing connection and everyday and now i'm having to use my data? This is unacceptable. What's the point of upgrading and it's literally downgraded the internet instead 👎🏽
