Upgraded to Fibre 500 still struggling with Teams calls

I upgraded to fibre broadband 500 two weeks ago as previously when I was on superfast broadband I couldn't have remote meetings without the connection cutting out whenever I tried to speak.    Since the upgrade to fibre, I am still experiencing these issues and I am wondering if it it due to the hub being located at the other side of my flat to where I work.    Do Sky offer some sort of booster plug in? I have tried to go through the help pages but it didn't offer me this as an option.
