Upgraded router won't connect to laptop
Thank you for your time. I have just upgraded to Sky Superfast 35. I connected the new router with no problems and all my devices.
However, I work from home and this morning I went to connect the laptop and it just kept saying connection not avaliable (or something similar, can't remember exactly!) so I unplugged the new router and reinstalled the old one, this then auto connected to the new wireless name without me even entering the password.
Obviously I need to be using the new router as it is supposed to be a better signal the old one has to be sent back.
Is there some sort of issue with the new routers and windows 10? Every other device in the house works on the new router but the laptop seems to only want to use the old one!
