Upgraded my broadband.

Hi guys I've recently upgraded my broadband to the gigafast and it says the activation date was yesterday but currently my internet has not upgraded they said it would happen remotely too. Just wondering what to do and if it does this automatically or not. Thanks

I'd suggest that an activation date of Christmas Day is probably an error...

Do you already have FTTP infrastructure (optical cable and an ONT) at the address?

 

If so the speed change can be actioned remotely once appropriate staff are back at work.

Yes already have all this fitted from the last package that I was on I'm going to guess the same in regards to the date.
