Upgraded my Wifi but no change in speed

I upgraded our Broadband from Full Fibre 100 to Full Fibre 300. I upgraded it because me and my partner work from home and we were both having troubles during online meetings. Now I pay £12 more but the problems are exactly the same and there's no change in speed. Had a voice call on WhatsApp yesterday and the delay was so bad (reached the other end 4 seconds later) that I had to switch to data and it the call was fine. Every meeting my partner has it freezes every 30 seconds. My google meetings throw me out of the meeting because of poor connection. We didn't have these problems when we joined Sky but it's been really bad for like a month now and there obviously must be an issue. Please help.
