Upgraded hub very poor connection and speed

I recentle upgraded my broadban and recieved my new hub, the speed is slower than my old one and struggles to connect to everything , ive tried resetting and my app says everything finr when it clearly ismt, need some help please im paying £155 a month and its shocking
