Upgraded from Ultrafast 150MB to full fibre 500MB activation date is today and still no speedincreas
I decided to upgrade from Ultrafast 150MB to full fibre 500 last night with an activation date today. I have the router and everything here already to go. When i check my router and connection health through sky it says that there is 490oddMB going to the router but when downloading and checking my speeds they are still the same as when i was on 150MB yesterday. Is this normal for your activation day, does the speed increase later in the day even though the hub is saying that? If anyone could offer any help it would be very much appreciated thank you

@denise37 Was the Ultrafast delivered via a G.fast connection? And/or now FF what did you do to change the hub over?
Sky Hub Status screen will show you the settings in Modem.

@denise37 This would normally happen automatically if you are on full fibre.
