Upgraded, do I get new hub/router

Upgraded to fibre 500 and wondered if I am entitled to new hub?

If you've already got a Sky Broadband Hub then Sky aren't necessarily allocating a Max Hub unless the WiFi Max subscription is added to the account.

@Robby01 If you have the Black SR203 Broadband Hub, it is well capable off working on the FF500 service from sky, is there anything in particular that you have an issue with!

No particular issue, was just wondering if they upgrade it to the newer one?

@Robby01 No problem, not the norm and what you have is way more flexible tha  the Max, get yourself a Asus RP-AX58 if you want/need a AX data speed connection!
