Upgraded broadband, and it's worse than my previous.

I've recently upgraded my broadband to the fastest. 

I'm obviously paying extra for it. However, I haven't noticed any difference to my internet speed. 

All the sky tests say I'm getting 600+ mb/s, however my devices are buffering, I'm using my 4G on my mobile because it loads pages faster, and my downloads aren't any quicker than my last package.

So I'm confused as to why the sky tests tell me I'm getting 500 mb/s more when the Internet is possibly worse. 

Not sure what to do due to the sky tests telling me everything is running correctly when it's really not.

@Sophie3011 You dont have to do any off the sky test's just call sky and have the agent run the test while you are connected, if they spot anything they will tell you!
