Hi I only have sky broadband but want to upgrade so I have the sky box also but don't no how to do it

That's not an 'upgrade': it's ordering a Sky subscription television service.

If you log in at the sky.com/tv website they'll very happily show you options for Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream.

Note that Sky Q is satellite television and needs a dish, while Sky Glass is the same as Sky Stream but with a mandatory Sky-branded television set purchase.
