I am contemplating upgrading from Superfast to ultra fast can anyone tell me if they have discovered an improvement in speed and performance. Many thanks. Kevin

Depends how you use your connection. Superfast tops out at 80mbps whereas Ultrafast can currently go up to 500mbps (The 1gbps package has been removed for now).

If you only really use WiFi then you may not see much of an improvement unless you have a really busy home. If you use ethernet more often then you would likely see a big improvement.

We went from 14Mbs ADSL to 500Mbs FTTP, and yes, that's fairly noticeable ; )

Little things like UHD on-demand starting playback in a few seconds rather than downloading overnight (when we had Sky Q), and 60GB Steam games arriving in fifteen minutes, for example.
