@Fibre47 What does not work about it, getting fibre installed is just another path connection so highly unlikely that is the cause, the sky hub and the laptop should still be ok with each other as nothing has really changed!

Just updated to full fibre.

Yiu current land lines no longer work after the change please ensure you read the small print. So frustrated with SKY😡
