Upgrade from Part fibre to Full fibre
How come some VIP Customers are offered upgrade from part fibre broadband to full fibre while others are not although the full fibre is already available in my area?

@Bero whether Sky contact the customer offering upgrades will depend on the exchange they are connected to. Openreach's long term plan is to seitchb100% to full fibre but this is being done in phases with some exchanges being scheduled before others. However if your property has been pased by Openreach's full fibre roll out you can call Sky to get switched and it shouldn't cost you more.
