Want to upgrade my broadband from ultrafast to ultrafast plus, but when I click on it, it says
Unfortunately we’re unable to complete your request
There is an outstanding visit scheduled on your account, please review and amend if you wish to continue.
So I click review and it just says no orders outstanding.
How can I upgrade?
