Hello,
I'm considering getting an Ultra fast broadband, but not sure if this is fast enough for me.
Can I upgrade to Ultra fast plus mid-contract? Would there be any penalty? What's the process like?
Thank you

Thank you!
I've just noticed there is a 3 month free internet offer for Superfast. Do you know if it's possible to upgrade at month 4? Has anybody done this before?
Thanks!

If you want to recontract on the same product you may hit a snag as it would be judged on a case by case basis so I wouldn't bet on it. You have accepted a 18 month legal contract which only Sky can release you from.
Try the trick repeatedly and Sky have been known to say no and tell you to get lost. There are set up costs they have to pay Openreach for each contract which are normally amortised over the 18 month contract length and weirdly they dont like losing money.
