I am paying over £45 per month - this is too much for Phone (which I don't use) and Broadband
Broadband constantly dropping out and streaming ITV X is a problem - constant speed and spooling problems

Re: Upgrade SKY and REDUCE monthly charge
If by phone you mean a landline one then you could ask Sky to change you to the pay as you talk one as that will save you some money with a calls package.
If your broadband keeps dropping then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Upgrade SKY and REDUCE monthly charge
@KirstyReader you pay nothing for the voice line unless you make calls or buy a call package there is no saving there. If you are out of contract you can shop around and switch isps to one you think is better value or ask Sky to match the deal.
Regarding speed in your home you need to determine if the issue is linited by the spedd of your line which is quite likeely if you are still using a partial fibre connection or limited by wifi in your home which is a very common issue. If the latter applies then increasing speed to your hub wont help you need better wifi in your home which a single basiic router/hub an ISP sends out is unlikely to help much if at all.
