Unsatisfactory service provided
Signed up with sky 5/12/24 for television and broadband service Television box was delivered and was set up on 20/12/24
Previous provider ( virgin media ) were cancelled. Technicians called to house to set up broadband 20/12/24. We're unable to complete the task and would call back.
I have technicians call to.my house on two additional occasions. I have 8 appointment arranged where technicians were a no show . We had taken time off work to facilitate these appointments. As of today 14/03/25 we still do not have broadband. It has caused huge frustration and inconvenience to our family as you can appreciate a family of 4 teenagers and 2 adults who previously could work from home been unable to do so. I have been on to customer care / sales dept/ technical dept with sky on numerous occasions to rectify this issue and have been repeatedly given the run around.
i am extreamly frustrated at the treatment recieved.

@Pmickeyg
Then you need to let the complaint run its course. It could take up to 8 weeks to be resolved on a deadlock letter being issued.

It's immaterial now as you've already made a complaint but I've just spotted in your image you're viewing the Republic of Ireland version. Are you in the ROI?

Re: Unsatisfactory service provided
8 weeks to the already 12 weeks waiting,
I wonder if this lack of service and customer care is tolerated in any other country that sky is in. I can not imagine that it would be tolerated.
