Unauthorised access to my router

On Saturday the antivirus software on my desktop pc (which was logged in to my WiFi router) sent me an alert saying a device from Longcheer Technologies had joined my network,  This was nothing to do with me. They appear to be a Chinese company making WiFi router products and stuff. How could it have got through my password ? What could it have been doing there? How do I speak to Sky support to get a log of the device access on/off ? Help

@Mikemcr1 They make loads of products for smartphones, tablets and smart devices, nothing they make would be able to get through your password, will probably be in one of the products in your home that is authorised to connect and your anti virus has just identified it differently this time.

Re: Unauthorised access to my router

Oh thank you. That's really interesting. I have tp link smart plugs which are connected to my router so maybe that's where it came from. I've been stressing out big time.
