Unacceptable Internet Speeds – Below Guaranteed Minimum for 3 days

For the past 3 days, my broadband speed has dropped significantly—from a consistent 50Mbps to under 25Mbps. This is well below the minimum guaranteed speed of 42Mbps in my plan.
I have does heard restatrs etc

As a result, basic activities like streaming or using multiple devices at once have become nearly impossible. Even your speed checker confirms the drop, yet it offers no clear way to report or resolve the issue.

Please advise how I can formally report this fault?

@Fesoj The obvious answer to that is pick up the phone and call customer service.
