When I try to view my contract check my speed or any other information I keep getting the message saying no address is associated with your account or page is restricted as I have no sky products but I do. I have sky broadband that is active and working with some poor connection at times and It became active 24 hours ago.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello. After reading your post to another user I was able to resolve my issue. My sky id was not linked to my account but now I've linked my id thanks to your link and I can now access all my information so thank you.
