Unable to view netflix and you tube unable to download

Been a few months having trouble - even upgraded router and have new one/updated. Unable to doenliad - always having to turn all off and on again rebooting - there was an openreach guy knocked on our door about 6 weeks ago but would not cone in as my child was here on iwn. There was a problem

in ares - said he'd return but never did! He was next door working. I sm guessing sonething is wrong!

@LUCY4141 you can easily see if there is an issue with the speed if your broadband by going into the Service Checker (No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com) and clicking on the Broadband link which will give you the current speed of the connection, the recent history and the guaranteed minimum for your line. Ifvthecspeed is close to or below the minimum you should be offered an engineer's check.

If that speed is OK the issue is slow wifi in your home.
