Either on sky app or the site, all of these lead to "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now" or "This page is restricted".
I'm a bit stunned to find out Sky do not seem to want customers calling or emailing with issues. Not a good trait for any company tbh.
My contract just auto-renewed but I can't check anything. Can anyone please help?

@AmyRosa first check you are using the correct Sky Id as the "restrcted" message implies you are not logging in with the id linked to the account. If you are sure you are you will need to call Sky to getvthe id sorted. Our.
Like most every large company Sky prefer customers use the online resources as much as possible. They dont offer support by email but their lines are open from before 8am to 10pm. Wait times can be long and the system will try to push you back to the online resources simpky stay online and dont sccept pffers ot txts etc.
