Unable to video call on Alexa since joining SKY

Unable to make video calls on Alexa since joing SKY, but working elsewhere.

we use to help disabled relative, so service is needed.

Have you checked and perhaps lowered your broadband shield settings, you can do this via the MySky app or online here:
