Unable to (via ethernet) connect to websites with sky max hub

Received a new sky max hub (the white one) 2 months ago. Connection via ethernet to laptop. Constantly unable to access any websites or perform basic internet related work activities on my laptop. Changed the laptop...same result.

Really poor connection for something sold to me as 'an improvement'.

Down rated the security setting to WPA-2....same result.

Please can someone at Sky fix this.

Can you remove the MAP-T please.
