I'm unable to update anything on my lg tv, it seems our broadband has looked every thing out.

I've tried the unplug and reset, log out of LG store but it's still not working.

i had to do a update via my phone, and surly this shouldn't be the case as I've just gone into contract with sky fibre.

What exactly is the error you are seeing? I am not aware of Sky blocking anything LG related
