Unable to transfer from BT to Sky broadband due to 10 digit landline number.

We are wanting to move to Sky broadband from BT but are unable to as we have a 10 digit landline number (area code + 5 numbers).

We go through the whole set up then on the final page we get a message saying they are having technical difficulties and to try again later.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and did you manage to get Sky broadband and landline in the end?

@JM83

The number may not be the cause: web pathways routinely fail with unexpected complications.  You'll need to call Sky to order.

Thank you. I was hoping to go through Quidco as they have got a good Cashback offer on currently 😁
