Unable to track my order

I have subscribed the Sky Full Fibre 150 two days ago and then set up a Sky ID with the email address I used for buying the service. But I still cannot see the contract or the order tracking details on my account.

@tytsz Did you get any conformation e-mails etc, and when you look at your account, anything in your My Message section!
