Unable to track broadband order

Hi,

Purchased sky broadband about a week ago (due for set up on 25th July). I received an order confirmation email.

 

Unfortunately when I try to track my order on the my sky app it says I have no orders. I also am unable to call the service desk as I have no sky products?

 

please help
