@Ella38 Most likely problem is poor wifi signal in your home which is affected by the layout and type of construction as solid internal walls causexsignal loss. Couple if things to try first reboot the hub by switching off the mains forca few seconds that will force the hub to findctge bestvwifi channel to use which can help if you are suffering from interference caused by a neighbour's network but dont be too surprised if tge problem comes back. Second check the hub is out in the open on a surface so it is above obstructions like radiators.
