Unable to stream Uk tv since getting sky broadband

Since moving to sky broadband I have been unable to stream UKTV all other streaming services work fine . My tablet and iPhone are all on sky and I can watch it on them but not on my tv or by mirroring from them. I have contacted UKTV but so far they have been unable to help.

@Skinianni May be worth having a look at your TV since that appears to be the issue as it is the only one NOT working...
