Unable to sign up as a new customer

I have been trying to sign up to Sky for over a week online, each time I get the same error message - Sorry we are having technical difficulties, please try again later. 

 

Absolute rubbish

@Laura1209  Call them if you can't sign up online.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks for your reply. 

I have to sign up online to receive the £110 incentive voucher so it a shame if I have to sign up by ringing.

@Laura1209 unfortunately there is likely to be a factor Sky need you on the phone so they can explain it and get your informed agreement before the order can be accepted. Typically it is a switch from an analgue phone service to digital or a switch from partial fibre to full fibre.
