Unable to reconnect boosters after broadband speed issues

I recently had an engineer visit to to poor broadband speeds at our property. Once he left ( he made no difference to the speed) 2 of my 3 booster Pods failed to reconnect. I have tried everything I can find but have been unable to get them to connect. How can I do it manually? The links in MySky don't give the option to manually enter the Pods ID numbering and connect that way. Also for some reason the MySky app on my IPad no longer opens. I don't understand I would like a little advice if possible. Thanks

After spending most of the morning playing with things, everything now works👍😀
