Unable to place an order
To whom it may concern. I've been trying to place an order for ultrafast broadband. However always get a message saying "sorry were experiencing technical difficulties please try later". Attempts have been made via computer and mobile, on different networks, (mobile and wifi ). Why is it so difficult to place an order? Trying to do this while being able to claim cashback, is this part of the issue?
