Find out more@Leeholla wifi calling is contolled by your mobile provider not Sky but certainly works for most of the major providers including from personal experience for phones on 3 and not totally surprisingly Sky Mobile. Check the settings on the phone.

Mobile is with 3 and worked previously with Plusnet, so only change is now Sky fibre router....I have switched WiFi calling on and off to reset and reset hub. Will contact 3 to see if they can help.

Hi
I'm having the same problem. Both myself and my wife's iPhones on the 3 network won't make calls when connected to our sky WiFi with a max router.
Just been to my parents who are on sky fibre but with an older router and our phones work fine.
any ideas?

Find out more@Leeholla looking online there appears to have been a number of issues with WiFi calling reported since ios18.2 was released on numerous connections not just Sky. Whether the phone will use wifi calling or the mobile network will depend on the strength of the mobile network so perhaps Apple have altered that slightly?
Cannot think of anything different about the way the phone connects to the WiFi thst could cause an issue.
