Unable to log into Sky Broadband Shield?

Trying to access my Sky Broadband Shield but the page automatically refreshes to "sorry, something went wrong"?

Have tried various browers (PC and Mobile), cleared cache etc.. and still no joy??? Sky?? Issues on yourside???

@SKYRLC  There is an issue being investigated about users not being able to access broadband sheild.
