Hi,
Originally i had no issue controlling all devices on my home network via the Broadband Buddy App.
Now , when i attempt to log in i get the following message:
'To use Sky Broadband Buddy, you need the right Sky Broadband Package'
For more information go to www.sky.com/buddy.
When i clink the link i get the error message:
'Sorry , you can't view this page as you're currently browsing the ROI version of Sky.com
My account has always been a ROI accnt. Has there been a change in the App permissions?
Any help on this would be appreciated

Broadband buddy is now only available to those who had it before 24/5 also as yourself if it malfunctions subsequently then there appears to be no way of re installing it
You could call sky ireland using the number below
