Unable to get connection to PC after upgrade to full fibre via telephone line, all other devices ok.

Just upgraded to full fibre but unable to connect PC to internet, all other devices are ok. Tried info on paperwork which came with the Sky man but it doesn't seem to be working.

Is your PC finding your Sky network so what happens when you try to connect it to it ?
