Unable to edit wi-fi settings on SR213?

Hi all,

I'm just wanting to check whether I should be able to edit the wi-fi settings on our SR213 hub? When I log on to the hub and select the wi-fi option on the left of the screen I am given the option of selecting either the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz networks. Once either of them is selected I get the screen with the various options/settings for that band but everything is greyed out except the option to enable/disable that band. Looking at the My Sky app there is no ability to change any of these settings either.

How do you gain access to all these other options?

Also how do you set the SSID for the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands seperately? I can only see the option in the My Sky app to rename them both with the same SSID?

Second update.......

I've tried using the My Sky area of the website instead of the app and found the following..... Bearing in mind We've had the hub since last November should these still be greyed out and is that why I'm unable to change so many options/settings???
