Unable to download MySkyapp. My broadband is not connecting

Hello! It stays my area (Bury St Edmunds) does not have the MySky app available to download in the Apple App Store. I am also unable to get my WiFi to connect - the light on the modem is red. Please advice. Thank you!

The My Sky app isn't specific to any particular geographic location so that's a different issue.

 

I am also unable to get my WiFi to connect - the light on the modem is red. Please advice. 

 

If restarting the Hub doesn't resolve the issue you'll need to call Sky and book a broadband fault.
