When I try to add the password for the new hub I receive a message ... unable to connect to SKYNIBIU.... There are 3 green lights lit on the front if the new hub.

Thank you for your reply. There are no zeros or letter O's in the password.

Also the error message is saying Unable to connect to Hub ........ etc. It is not saying incorrect password.

I was typing the password incorrectly. I mistook the letter f for number 1. I only found the error when I checked the password on the hub with a magnifying glass. I am sure Sky could give more user friendly passwords on their hubs. Thank you for the tip about checking the password.

Unfortunately 'user friendly' can mean a drop in security if it reduces the complexity of the WiFi key.
