Hi we switched to sky from BT yesterday and its been a disaster. Replied to open reach text that the ONT was working and they would be in touch near activation date (yesterday). Plugged everything in as required and all lights on the hub but voice one was amber. Laptop/main computer, sky q and multiroom will not connect. I have a sky booster which has all the green lights on, alexa (2 devices have failed to connect) . I pads and phones also will not connect. I have done a test on my phone via sky and its says broadband good but check wifi. Have attached the photo from computer

here is the second picture from my main computer.. weve spoken to sky who said to wait to midnight. Nothing has changed and still the same this morning. Sky will be calling tonight to check. We also have bt mini connectors and wonder if its something to do with those so i removed them and tried again. Im not technically minded so am struggling. We need the internet for our work

It would be useful to have pictures of the lights on the ONT and the Sky Hub.

@TimmyBGood can't upload anymore pictures it seems ... ont has (left to right) power light green LOS no light PON and LAN both green lights
sky hub power light green, internet light green, WiFi green. Voice amber
